Welcome to Maluhia Wellness.
Our hope at Maluhia Wellness is that individuals can find safe shelter from life’s storms
and have space to strengthen themselves. Our goal is to be present with you and empower you to utilize tools in your growth and discovery.
Maluhia is a Hawaiian word which encompasses ideas of security, safety, quietness,
and a sense of awe. The root word, malu, refers to shade, shelter, protection, and
control.
Maluhia Wellness honors the training that Jennifer received from Native Hawaiian professors and elders while working to obtain her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
