At Broken Top Counseling, we welcome teens and adolesents, adults, couples, and families. Many of our clients are healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges. Others simply feel stuck or disconnected and are looking for support. We accept most commercial insurances, including Oregon Health Plan, and our in-house admin team guides you with care—from your first call to scheduling and billing months into your journey—so you can focus on healing. Our team is committed to not just being trauma informed, but trauma integrative to help you move beyond the trauma story and into your authentic self. Our therapists specialize in trauma-informed care using EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS and parts work, somatic practices, and mindfulness. Each therapist receives IFS-focused supervision to ensure depth and consistency of care. We tailor therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

My biggest passion as a therapist is the co-creation of healing spaces with folks working on family of origin issues and difficult experiences in childhood. I particularly love working with adults currently parenting children while attempting to navigate intergenerational trauma. I have worked with many different kinds of parents over the years and hold an inclusive view of what it means to be a parent. I specialize in what I think of as "relational magick" - supporting my clients in attaching to themselves with compassion, letting go of intergenerational patterns, and becoming more present with their children and themselves.

Whether you are micro-dosing or extensive psychedelic journeys, integration is weaving your profound insights and experiences gained from plant medicine and psychedelics into the fabric of your life.
