Welcome to Oregon Counselor Directory. By accessing or using the directory, search services, or provider dashboards, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Description of Service
Oregon Counselor Directory is an online directory connecting patients with mental health and alternative medicine providers specializing in psychedelic-assisted therapies. The directory provides search functionality for patients and lead generation tools for providers. I do not provide medical advice or endorse specific treatments.
For Patients & Users

Provider Relationships
By contacting a provider through the platform, you acknowledge that the directory is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any services rendered.
For Providers
Verification
If you claim an account or purchase a subscription, you must provide truthful, accurate credentials. Providing fraudulent licensing information will result in immediate termination.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of original content (bios, photos) uploaded to Oregon Counselor Directory. By uploading, you grant a non-exclusive license to display this content in the directory.
Payment Processing
Subscriptions are managed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard.
"Shadow Profiles" & Data Sources
Oregon Counselor Directory compiles "Shadow Profiles" from publicly accessible databases, state licensing boards, and search engine results. This data is subject to the Privacy Policy. Providers have the immediate right to verify, edit, or remove these generated profiles.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Counselor Directory and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, derived from the use or inability to use the services.
Modifications
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
