I’m EMDR‑trained and use trauma‑informed practices to gently support your nervous system, so you can build insight, resilience, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Now accepting new clients! I get what it’s like to have a lot going on under the surface while still showing up for everyone else. As an adoptee and counselor, I care about creating a calm, honest space where you don’t have to edit yourself or have the “right” words. You can bring your questions, your numbness, your overthinking; all of it is welcome here. In our work together, you don’t have to make your experience smaller, simpler, or easier to digest.
