My goal is to support folks who are navigating life’s challenges with compassion, kindness, and ultimately find tools to connect with yourself in ways that are deep and embodied. My practice is grounded in creating a safe and supportive environment by offering a space to find healing and resilience. I take into account that most of us have had to navigate systems of oppression without realizing it, and have created coping skills that perhaps are not aligned with our current values and lifestyle. What I hope for you is to feel heard wherever you are on that journey.
