I enjoy helping people gain awareness, insight, introspection and self-reflection of internal concepts and processes to make changes in their lives. I provide an eclectic approach to explore beliefs and feelings which create a sense of emotional and existential discomfort . I offer an open-minded and supportive manner to explore concepts, confront faulty thoughts to build a new sense of self and efficacy to manage life's challenges and setbacks. The ideal client would be open-minded, explore and identify internal emotional distress, existential angst, be motivated and committed to work hard for their emotional health.
