I am a marriage and Family Therapist. I see individuals who want to grow into the person each wants to be. What I enjoy about my clients is watching them learn to communicate more effectively, establish healthy boundaries and engage in healthy problem solving activities. I love to work with individuals who want to empower their lives, create a strong personal voice, decrease codependency and increase healthy attachments. I have spent 22 + years working with those who have experienced trauma. I help individuals overcome trauma and to experience being a survivor, living a rich and full life.
