Life can present many challenges that feel unpredictable and overwhelming. I work with individuals who are coping with the impact of chronic stress, trauma, life transitions and other painful experiences that leave us feeling stuck and fragmented from ourselves, others, and the world around us.
I primarily work from a somatic approach, drawing on my training in Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and Mindfulness. In addition, I integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existentialism, and Internal Family Systems.
