I am a feminist therapist with ego psych training and view the healing of the self from a sociological perspective, as well as from an intrapsychic one. I am committed to treating ethnic, religious and sexual minorities and working class individuals. I offer individual, couple and family counseling. I am eclectic and utilize mindfulness and meditation, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches. Areas of clinical interest are issues of aging, grief and loss, addictions, separation/ divorce and the special concerns of the artist.
