Welcome! I help my clients through active listening, asking questions, identifying resilience and strength, using a person-centered approach along with emotionally focused techniques. My experience includes working with clients who struggle with unhealthy boundaries, low self-worth, lack of purpose including lack of self-care, addiction, unresolved anger or resentments, grief and loss or trauma related to current relationships and/or family of origin. In our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and mutually collaborate to create a plan to address them in a way that is supportive and fosters healing.
