I was born and raised in Humboldt County, CA amongst the tall Redwoods and beautiful Pacific Ocean. I am the proud mom of four adult children. I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. IMy goal in therapy is to help people become the best versions of themselves. Over the years, I have had my own various struggles. This has given me a heart’s desire to help and serve others. I want to meet you where you are at and work collaboratively to help you overcome trauma and life circumstances, in an effort to help you reach your goals.
