My approach includes Narrative Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, mindfulness practices, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory. Hi, I'm Beth, and I'm so glad you are here. As your therapist, my job is to work together with you to figure out struggles and patterns that are holding you back, and develop new skills towards living a more joyful, authentic, and fulfilling life. My style is warm, direct, playful, and down-to-earth. I believe in the power of relationship and creativity to create positive change.
