My clients are good people who often desire to replace stuck patterns of thought, belief and action with more thoughtful & embodied ways of being that align with their values, foster self confidence, and yield more fulfilling relationships. Some have a history of abuse or neglect (emotional, physical, sexual, or spiritual), or were raised in homes where boundaries, roles, and expectations were rigid, confusing, or lacking. Clients often share a desire to live a more integrated life, leaving behind outgrown beliefs and patterns. I support clients in living with fewer “shoulds,” and with more curiosity, connection, peace and joy.
