Utilizing a holistic, trauma-informed integrative approach which includes, EFT, Lifespan Integration, and EMDR. My personal approach to counseling is based on my belief of the inherent worth of every human being. I approach everyone I meet with a nonjudgemental mindset and unconditional positive regard. I believe deeply in the need for human beings to connect with one another. I believe that people are resilient, and the human spirit prevails over and over again. I have experience in working with complex trauma, grief, abuse, behavioral issues, family dynamics, and couples’ therapy.
