Welcome to my practice! I specialize in serving autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults, and individuals living with chronic pain and illness. I work from a modern, compassionate, and relationally-oriented understanding. My perspective is neurodiversity-affirming, attachment based, and emotionally focused. I support people in living their most authentic and connected lives through self-compassion, nervous system regulation, awareness, education, and validation. I love helping clients experience authentic connection with themselves and with their loved ones. I also provide coaching and education for parents and families.
