We keep this in mind as combine various research based methods such as play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR and talk therapy to create a personalized intentional experience that is engaging, fun, and healing. I work with children and teens. Difficult transitions, divorce, family struggles, abuse, suicidal thoughts or attempts, anger, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, depression, and obsessive thoughts are all areas I have treated. I have training and experience in non-directive play therapy, sand tray, EMDR, and multiple methods of talk therapy.
