With that in mind, I use an integrated approach including attachment-based, bottom-up or "right-brained" protocols, such as Lifespan Integration, IFS, and EMDR. YOU: committed but tired of looping through "coping skills," ready to heal (through anxiety, estrangement, dissociation, LQBTQiA2S+, parenting, relationships, trauma, moral injury, life transitions, and healing beyond spiritual trauma). ME: Compassionate, focused, experienced. With right-brained protocols, results may occur more quickly (and "stick!"). Recommended: a degree of safety and stability so this work can be a priority.
