I am also trained in EMDR & have a passion for IFS from a relational & trauma informed lens. I am currently accepting new clients. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you while you navigate waking up to & accepting all the parts of your whole self. Together we will navigate barriers to you living a life of intention & alignment. My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, safe & listened to in order to bring awareness to patterns in your life & choose more intentionally. In a medical system that separates the body & mind, I strive to treat the WHOLE person; body, heart, mind & soul.
