My goal is to support others in discovering and tapping into their innate wisdom and authentic self. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and my role is to hold space for self-discovery and exploration. The areas that I'm passionate about include grief and loss, self esteem issues, trauma (EMDR trained), change of life experiences, anxiety, and somatic-based work. I work with children, teens, adults, older adults, and families. I utilize an internal family systems (IFS) and narrative approach, and strive to create a warm, safe, and collaborative environment.
