My approach to therapy relies heavily on the therapeutic relationship. It is my belief that safety and trust are the cornerstones of healthy relationships, including the relationship established in therapy. Through this relationship, my goal is to aid individuals in making the changes they desire, resulting in feeling more awake to life and connected with themselves and loved ones.
