My therapy style is warm, engaging, empathetic, active, and goal-oriented. I treat depression, anxiety, and their many facets, including interpersonal conflicts, panic, parenthood, grief, and loss. With 10 years of experience in acute/chronic illnesses like cancer, I also have extensive training in trauma, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my foundation. I offer virtual Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Flash Techniques for trauma processing. My approach is gentle, down-to-earth, and collaborative, focused on building your strengths and values.
