Most people don't come to therapy because life is mildly inconvenient—they come because something has burned down. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and grief, and the aftershocks these experiences can leave behind. Many of my clients are perceptive, creative, and highly sensitive—people who feel things fully and think deeply. Sensitivity isn’t a flaw to be fixed; it’s a form of intelligence shaped by what someone has survived.
My work is grounded in the belief that growth doesn’t always happen in smooth waters. Sometimes it comes after fire, when something new can finally take root.
