Welcome! Kudos to you for taking this step in finding a therapist who'll be a good fit for you! My bread and butter is work with college students and emerging adults, ages 16-30, but I love meeting with individuals outside of this niche population as well. My lens is holistic, meaning I believe that each piece of our identity - our biological, psychological, social, and spiritual self - are all connected. I often work with clients who want help with anxiety or depression, general life transition struggles, identity formation, faith de/reconstruction, and family/relationship difficulties.
