This can show up as chronic perfectionism, rigidity, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive traits, disordered eating, loneliness, or difficulties in relationships. I am also passionate about supporting individuals with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, such as skin-picking or hair pulling.
