If you are struggling with depression, anxiety and/or other unwanted symptoms that prevent you from living your best life, it is important to know there is hope.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I use an integrated approach including CBT, IFS/parts therapy, Somatic Therapy, and other evidenced-based models to help strengthen your life, work and relationships. While my specialization includes PTSD/C-PTSD, and religious/spiritual trauma, I work with a variety of issues.
