I believe that every person has the ability to heal and lead satisfying and fulfilling lives. Everyone does the best with what they have and when life presents significant challenges our reactions and behaviors often make sense in context. Problems do not exist within one person but are the result of a person’s family or relational systems, circular patterns, external systems, and learned behaviors that once had a functional purpose. I consider health to be the culmination of mental, physical, spiritual, and relational states, and I will work from this inclusive and holistic perspective.
