As humans we are emotional and relational beings influenced by connection. I aim to provide a space that embraces emotions and uncomfortable experiences, encourages curiosity, and explores how your connection to yourself, your relationships, environment, community, and society influences anxiety, self-esteem, and self-identity. We will view these experiences as protective parts of yourself and work together to understand how those parts have served you. I provide individual counseling for adults and adolescents experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, relationship stressors, women and femme issues, and trauma.
