I primarily work with adults and teens, including women, trans, and non-binary individuals, who may be experiencing: Anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, disconnection from the body or inner sense of direction, religious or cultural trauma, and/or a desire for deeper meaning or alignment in life. My clients often describe themselves as thoughtful, sensitive, creative, or spiritually curious—and are seeking therapy that honors both psychological depth and lived experience.
