I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who specializes in working with adults focusing on sexuality/sexual health, anxiety and men's issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative, strength-based and solution focused. My aim is to help clients form realistic strategies using evidence based therapeutic tools from Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavior Modification Theory, Solution Focused and Collaborative Problem Solving. I use skills to help quiet the mind and body, helping create a strong foundation to work from. I believe each client is an individual and that no one approach works for everyone.
