Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel safe, seen and understood. As a graduate intern, I'm honored to support you as you navigate life's challenges. I'll meet you where you're at and provide a non-judgement space that's rooted in empathy, compassion and support. I work with adults and couples and I'm currently accepting new clients. I love working with everyone, but I have a special interest supporting people navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, body image and self-esteem, and recovering from religious trauma.
