Coping skills often developed early on in life and were important to help get you to where you are today. They can arise from a childhood that seems "normal" or one filled with trauma and struggle. Coming to therapy is a step in healing the wounds from the past and working with the struggles of today. I can help you process your lived experience at your pace to help you move forward and make positive changes in your life.
