In addition to client-centered talk therapy, I incorporate eye movement and imagery to help clients resolve trauma and move beyond barriers to growth. Eye movement helps people when they are "stuck" in talk therapy, rapidly helping people to recover from emotional distress, cycles of rumination, and problematic behaviors.
