When working with clients I work from a holistic person centered approach to support the individual needs of clients and help them achieve meaningful growth and change in their lives. I work from somatic, DBT, expressive arts trauma informed, and mindfulness based intervention methods; geared to support clients in processing and overcoming life traumas, such as sexual abuse; anxiety; depression; postpartum depression; infant mental health; pain management, emotional eating; grief/loss; emotional dysregulation; child/parent interactions. My role is to assist clients in their healing so that they may reclaim their lives.
