I am currently accepting adult clients for Telehealth therapy sessions in Oregon and Washington. I work with folks navigating: chronic illness and disability; grief and loss; climate and sociopolitical anxiety; identity and relationship challenges; CPSTD and relational trauma; religious deconstruction, religious trauma and spiritual exploration; body image challenges and disordered eating; life transitions.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment to support you in telling your story. Through authentic connection, I work with clients to repair attachment wounds and reconnect with their truest selves.
