Over the years I see that I am very well-suited to work with clients who are experiencing major life transitions. These include changes in relationship status, employment, health, sexual/gender identity, as well as retirement/aging concerns. While transitions can open doors and bring new opportunities, such changes also come with an array of losses, endings and goodbyes. Transitions can generate challenging symptoms, including a sense of grieving, starting over and/or confronting the unknown. Life can lead one to a place where it pushes you to explore your personality and life choices, and make new sense of your life experiences.
