My work centers on helping people understand how they learned to survive their early environments, and how those once necessary survival strategies may now show up as anxiety, depression, people pleasing, obsessions/compulsions, addiction, self-criticism, or even just feeling “stuck.” I don’t see these symptoms as flaws or failures.
