I’ve been working with people facing substance use, trauma, depression, and anxiety since 2012. Over the years, I’ve seen how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help, and my goal is to make that first step a little easier.
In sessions, I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy—but what matters most is tailoring the approach to what works best for you. Together, we’ll focus on your goals, your strengths, and what it means to move forward with your whole self in mind.
