The idea of sharing my most intimate details with a stranger is, well, weird, right? Don't feel like sitting in an office, avoiding eye contact with the therapist, answering questions? When "safe," we can connect, grow, and learn. I use engaging, active experiential activities in the office and parks. Join me in learning to let go of the "why" and be present for the "what" in connection with others. My focus is on ages 18 and up. I use practices from polyvagal theory and brainspotting, neurobiology, as well as outdoor walk & talk.
