Many children, teens, and adults I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to be themselves. I support autistic and ADHD individuals with emotional regulation, school or work stress, perfectionism, and identity development.
My approach is gentle, strengths based, and skills focused. With a background in education and mentoring, I bring patience, creativity, and deep respect for neurodivergent minds.
