For every life question in your mind, there is an answer deep within the wisdom of your heart and body. Often this requires pausing and listening long enough to unwind the places that have become stuck in repetitive thinking and behaviors. By learning to listen to ourselves we unwind the tangled messages we receive from within, find our truth, and move forward with clarity and wholeheartedness. I am a Focusing Oriented Therapist. My role is to listen closely, compassionately, and without judgment so that you can develop the ability to listen and trust your own inner knowing.
