Feeling Overwhelmed? Anxious? Depressed? Perhaps you are even feeling hopeless at times? It can be difficult working, taking care of ourselves, or trying to have friends with everything happening right now in the world. Even harder when you have experienced past trauma and/or have ADHD. I know how hard it can be trying to get by and still struggling. As a neurodivergent queer therapist and also a survivor of childhood trauma, I get it and I want you to know, there still is hope.
