I use EMDR, tapping-based interventions (EFT and Thought Field Therapy), and Energy Medicine to support the brain’s natural ability to process and integrate unresolved experiences. You’re capable, driven, and you know something isn’t right—but anxiety, depression, or unresolved stress keeps pulling you off course. You may look functional on the outside while internally dealing with panic, overthinking, emotional reactivity, shutdown, or exhaustion. You’re not interested in surface-level strategies. You want your brain to actually resolve what’s keeping these patterns in place.
My work is for people who are ready to do meaningful internal work—and want a clear, effective way to do it.
