My work supporting clients is built on the foundation of a strong personal relationship, unconditional acceptance & support, patience, perseverance and persistence, goal setting and a strengths based perspective. I assist people in how to live successfully with a variety of disabling conditions. My approach integrates cognitive therapies, mindfulness tools, communication skills and emotional regulation tools.
