I am a Professional Counselor Associate, practicing under the supervision of Jude Walsh, LCSW. I am a generalist by trade and work with individuals on a wide array of mental and behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma related concerns. I believe that our mental health issues develop over our lifetime through an interplay of internal biological, cognitive, and emotional factors and external environmental factors. As such, I do not believe in cookie cutter approaches to treatment. Instead, I learn my clients’ stories and utilize evidence-based interventions to address their particular needs and goals.
