I help motivated adults untangle the roots of their difficulties and shift towards living their authentic purpose. As we learn to be curious about things as difficult as past traumas and ruptures in our family of origin and close relationships, we gain the capacity to re-claim who we want to be rather than who we may have been conditioned to be.
