I believe that any person is capable of growth and healing. My approach to the therapeutic process is a collaborative one, in which I work with my clients to find their personal strengths and help them utilize those strengths as they address their own challenges and work toward improving their lives.. I also believe it's important to recognize both the internal and external factors that impact one's mental health, and I see it as my job to help clients recognize what external factors are creating stress, and then work with them to develop strategies to manage, minimize or eliminate those stressors.
