Hi! My name is Paige and I work at Broken Top Counseling. I work with teen and adult women who need a space to authentically explore what is hard for them. The clients I see struggle with connecting to their bodies, their authentic self, and others. Often the barriers to this connection include low self worth or esteem, rigidity, perfectionism, addiction, eating disorders/body dysmorphia, anxiety, or trauma. Together we courageously sit with emotions, past experiences, and the discomfort of change, to step into authentic self.
