I provide affirming, mindful therapy for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive youth—and for the families supporting them. I help young people feel safe, seen, and grounded as they navigate identity, emotions, and school or social stress, and I support parents in staying steady and connected along the way. With over twenty years of experience, I blend mindfulness, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and family systems work to help youth feel understood and more fully themselves.
