The therapeutic relationship is one in which the individual and therapist work together to create lasting change, while working through barriers within a safe environment. I enjoy walking through each of your unique life situations, empowering you and supporting you along the way. I believe in the mind-body connection and enjoy exploring how these two play a role in your daily life. I have had training and specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, OCD, eating disorders, adjustment, and grief.
