My passion is to help emerging adults and adults explore their authentic selves by processing life events, re-writing the inner stories they tell themselves to then empower them to make the changes they want to see. Finding yourself and your values during unprecedented times of uncertainty and confusion is not only incredibly challenging, it is also a lonely experience. I believe that emotions such as loneliness, despair, anxiety, stress, and fear are less overwhelming when you are in a collaborative relationship that witnesses, listens, and understands the importance of nuance, radical compassion, and social justice.
